1. What if I have left over Rewards certificates from the previous program? Are they worth anything?
After July 15, 2009, clients may redeem certificates that have not expired (certificates expire one year from issue date) in lots of 10 according to stated certificate language.
2. What if I have fewer than 10 certificates?
Certificates may not be redeemed in lots fewer that 10. Since GroupNet will cease issuing additional certificates after July 15, 2009, you may not be able to reach the necessary 10 needed for Rewards cert redemption. Therefore those certificates will no longer be valid, but you will be able to take advantage of our Instant Rewards Program if you book more than one of our markets, which will offer you the same or more savings.
3. What if I have more than 10? How can I make the most of those?
You can redeem them in lots of 10 as before to receive the $500 credit toward any GroupNet member invoice until they expire (one year from issue date). Because certificates cannot be redeemed in lots fewer than 10, any left over certificates will be obsolete.
